First, the Drain-Eze™ System collects water entering from where the wall meets the footer and then channels the water into the Flat-Track™ System. Next, the Flat-Track™ System pulls water from under the concrete slab and directs both sources of water through its main sections towards your sump-pump. The Flat-Track™ system uses fine slits to screen dirt and sand from entering the system. Drain-Eze™ creates a 3/8” space between the floor and wall that collects seeping water and channels it across the footing to the Flat-Track™ system. Twin Track Upgrade! Flat-Track™ System will save you labor costs by reducing the amount of dirt hauled out and rock hauled in by 2/3! This labor saving design can be installed on top or next to the footer, giving it versatility in uses and installation. No assemble is required for Flat-Track! The main sections are simply joined end-to-end to sustain a level, aligned channel. The umbrella-like side-walls prevent dirt from compacting against the sides of the system. Unlike large holes, the narrow slits throughout the main sections prevent silt and solids from entering the system. Flat-Track™ channels flow clean and free year after year.
